- Our furniture is crafted from high-quality, weather-resistant materaisl including powder-coated aluminum, synthetic wicker and rope, and solution-dyed acrylic fabrics.
WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL LEAD TIME FOR BULK ORDERS?
- Lead time varies depending on order size and customization, but standard orders are typically filfilled withint 60-90 days.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE QUALITY CONTROL?
- We implement strict QC procedures at every stage of production – from incoming to final inspection. Third-party QC is welcome, and factory audits can be arranged.
CAN I VISIT YOUR FACTORY OR SHOWROOM?
- Yes. We welcome business partners to visit our factory and showroom for quality inspection, production review, and new product development. Virtual tours can also be arranged.
WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?
- Our factory is certificed by several internationally recognized organizations to ensure responsible production and product integrity such as BSCI, GRS, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, as well as other reports and audits relating to social, security, and quality.
